I’m amped to present to you the third and final series of collaborative sights and sounds courtesy of Ace Reporter and myself, the Train-ster. If you will recall, Part One of the project involved me taking photographs to accompany songs that already existed in Ace’s song library. Part Two involved Ace Reporter writing songs based on photographs I had already taken. For the third part of the trilogy Ace and I agreed on 7 themes ahead of time to which we each composed a song/picture, not sharing the results until we were both done for the day. It turned out to be a really awesome experiment, and it was pretty interesting to see how we each took the themes and ran with them in our own ways. The themes appear as the titles to Ace’s songs, click on the photo to go through to Ace’s site to get a breakdown of his thoughts/lyrics on each of his jams.
