This is going to be day two of hot songs you can’t shake from your mind. Yesterday I wrote about Emanuel and the Fear and included their track Jimme’s Song, for which Trish said, “Jimme’s Song has been on repeat since 5:30 pm. This can’t be healthy.” Sorry Trish, but you’re going to have to clear your listening schedule again tonight.
Radio Dept is a band from Sweden that has released Heaven’s On Fire as a sneak peek to their forthcoming album which is slated to drop on April 21st.
I would do yourself a favor and check out their MySpace link above as it has a handful of songs from the new album that are sure to get you pumped for the release.
You’ll hear below that Heaven’s On Fire is synthalicious and catchy as hell. Throw in a couple of samples and a melody that sounds like its from an early nineties hit you haven’t heard since second grade and you have the perfect recipe for the song you’ll put on loop for the rest of your Friday.
