Delorean, reppin the Basque Region (Euskadi!) of northern Spain since 2000, has just dropped what could be considered their finest work yet. Infusing Spanish style into their electronic dance/pop tunes will surely get those toes tapping in rythymic fashion and you don’t even need to know what Flamenco is. Subiza (2010) is their newest LP (released in March) has not only conjured positivity from their fans, but from a relentless industry as well. Delorean locked up some serious distribution channels as a result of this album’s quality. This now Barcelona based quartet continues to blend unique songs with mixes for the likes of The xx and Franz Ferdinand into their repertoire.

Delorean is currently touring and often times with the likes of AM favorite, Miike Snow. The two will be playing The Music Box in LA on June 2nd and then a quick jaunt to the opposite coast for a June 4th show @ Pianos NYC. For ticket information CLICK HERE.
