Hold up, I saw Michael McDonald and was like, is that the…and it was. But he is just singing over the original music, wtf, is this really him? Why would he do that…

Nothing against him, but if I hear “Yah Mo B There” one more time, I’m going to “Yah Mo” burn this place to the ground.

Hahaha, any mention of Michael McDonald instantly makes me think of that 40 Year Old Virgin quote. I think his version of the song was a B-side to the single release….I found a little more info over at Spin.

Yeah, the Grizzly Bear/Michael McDonald song pretty much kills everything else. In all honesty, this is the best track of 2009.
