Take a moment and let your mind wrap itself around the concept of a black light dinner party.  What is served?  Is it all white rice or does someone inject some sushi with neon die and hope its non-toxic?  At what point does everyone become depressed that their shoe laces glow but their teeth don’t?

There isn’t a whole lot of information about Black Light Dinner Party – only that it consists of four producers who have been working together for two years.  And yet we only have one public song from the group.  Can’t say I’m very happy about that.  And I usually wouldn’t write about a band with only a single freakin’ song, but hot damn, this song is worth it.

Older Together is really everything I’m looking for in a song these days.  It has a smooth infectious melody and some of the cleanest sounding synth sounds I’ve heard in awhile.  I can’t wait to see what these guys do next.  Hopefully it won’t be another two years to make their next song.
