When Frank was in high school he was listening to a lot of Blink 182 and Cranberries. In fact, the last album he bought on tape was Michael Jackon's HIStory and the first cd he bought after that was that shitty band who did the theme song for Friends. Needless to say, Frank was a late bloomer in the garden of good music.
In college sometime between when he would serenade sorority girls with Jack Johnson tunes on his guitar and realizing that that was a sleazy thing to do, Frank found the power of good music. He can't remember the exact moment it happened, but Frank claims a very vivid memory of picking up a Sufjan Steven's album at Salzer's in Ventura and knowing he was somehow now cooler than most people he knew.
When Frank isn't turning up his nose at people who still listen to mainstream music you can find him running the streets of Santa Monica with his joke rap group, and less joke electro-pop group, Barbara.
