Cold War Kids pulled back the flatband and sling shot slapped us with a nice little four pack this morning. For many of us in Los Angeles and south, it may have been just what we needed to cope with a week that promises unconditional rain. Behave Yourself (EP) was released officially on iTunes December 21, 2009, however if you don’t require a keyboard to purchase music (small clap), today is your day – physical copies are circulating and you get a bonus track, “Baby Boy”.
Knowing this EP will leave you all wanting more from the Kids, Nathan Willett and his Long Beach quartet has got ya covered. They will be pumping the release of the EP with an abbreviated tour including a show at The Wiltern this Friday–Click Here for Tickets–and then heading back to the studio to “do work” in February.
Chances are good that we will see them on the summer festival circuit blasting out an army of new material.
For now, we here at The Muffin will leave you with a couple tracks from the EP as released today. Like all of our music on The Muffin, Behave Yourself can be purchased wherever good music is sold.

Stay dry my friends.
